Local and very friendly staff too

I only moved to the area recently but got introduced to one of the bank managers recently and was made to feel very welcome. However RBS has an obsession with kiosk-style service now rather than normal tellers which means there are actually less people to serve you than there should be - big queues are very common.
Easy access, parking not so good

Yesterday I had my first visit to the dentist in almost 20 years. All of the staff I encountered were lovely and patient with me, something that's important to me as an Autistic person. My sensory issues were all taken into account and everything that was happening was explained very kindly and clearly, and I was given plenty of time to process each step before it happened. I think it's fair to say that my teeth were not in a very good state but there was absolutely no judgement at all from the dentist, just lots of encouragement and understanding. The surgery as a whole is a very warm and friendly environment and the staff really are lovely. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.
I have not been to a dentist for about 16 years due to a very traumatic experience, however this year I graduate and I have become more self aware of how my teeth looked at the front (one dead black coloured and 2 front crowns done 27 years ago!). After hearing excellent reviews regarding Lisa at the surgery I decided I had to go. Even though I still take medication to get in the front door Lisa has been outstanding with me and has taken the time to explain what was needing done and ensuring that my appointments were long enough and she wasn't rushing my treatment and on the occasions that I have become upset she has been so supportive I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Top quality personal service for many years. Grown up children who have moved away still use the practice for their dental requirements.

The girls in the practice are very helpful and friendly. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you once again.

Have been with this practice for a number of years and find it convenient to attend.
I have been a patient with this surgery since early 2004. I have multiple health issues that affect my life daily. I have only been able to cope and get through it all with the help especially of Dr MacMillan, but in all honesty all staff across the board at Coldside are so compassionate, caring and will go that extra mile for the patient. I cannot thank them enough for keeping me going and other family members through the most difficult times.

I have been a patient in this hospital many times and have always had excellent friendly service. They are very thorough and never make you feel like a time waster. Ì would also commend the paramedics working out of Ninewells, how they always put you at ease with smiles and humour is beyond me considering the difficult job they do.
A credit to the service....fantastic doctors, nurses & auxiliary staff.... ONE COMPLAINT however, a bad apple if you like, the W H SMITH trolley lady, absolutely miserable individual, she would not go to the bed nor would she lift any items off the trolley, my wife having just had an operation hours earlier had to bend in agony, bringing tear to eye to lift a bottle of juice of the bottom shelf, scandalous....fortunately we took in all she needed so no more interaction with this invidual was required....

Fantastic selection of second hand stuff, we've bought lots of things from here for our house
If you like to prevent waste, and you like a good bargain, this is a hidden gem of a furniture and bric-a-brac ship down the back streets of Dundee. Their premises are huge inside, and they stock everything from electricals to beds, sofas to desks, books to space heaters. And as they're all second hand, most are at a very reasonable price. Also a good place to look of you like retro furniture, or browsing second hand shops for unexpected bargains.

Service was a bit cheerless and toilets had not been cleaned recently. Food was excellent and hot but we did order off menu rather than buffet. Loads of parking and restaurant area was clean , tidy and well decorated. Unlimited salad and soft drinks goes down well. Sort out your toilets please.
At first waiting for a table no smiles from the waitresses. Then i got my table and my waitress saved the day. Claire was helpful and attentionate I highly recommend her. Always a smile too. Garlic bread is really good. Gluten free crust option and pretty ok, and salad and veggies are unlimited!
167 Brook St, Dundee DD1 5BJ, UK – 01382 229440
Always love it here. Great service with a romantic atmosphere and I enjoy the music and friendly feel. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy so we go through the week for their pre-theatre courses. The food is amazing!!! I usually get a stir-fry or steak - they are delicious and are extremely reasonable prices.
Lovely place to have a meal. Great menu and tasty food. Good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly
210 Perth Rd, Dundee DD1 4JY, UK – 01382 201419
I've eaten here twice and the food has been outstanding both times. The restaurant is fairly small and has a laid-back friendly feeling. The staff are lovely, and the menu has enough variety to suit most tastes. Definitely the best Italian I've eaten at!
The food here is wonderful, and offers a great selection. They don't just have the typical pizza and pasta offerings of Italians. They also provide good and relaxed service, although it can be a little slower later on. The food is amazing, and a nice touch is that the chef came around and asked every table how everything was and for feedback on the food. The venue is intimate, but still large enough to feel private.

I can honestly say that the Head Teacher Mrs Mcaffery is one off the best teachers i have ever had the pleasure to meet, this head teacher goes above and beyond with all the children whom attend Sidlawview.....all the teachers are exactley of the same nature. The school is involved so much within the community its amazing and wonderful to be part off.....the teachers get real involved with everything the pupils are involved in and join in everything from helping the children to put on shows ..to participating and doing a spot off entertaining the children with there own renditions ...... Mrs Mcaffrey is always available for any parent and also offers tremendous support if needed ...my granddaughter attends Sidlawview and will be leaving this summer.....i know she will miss all off the teachers especially Mrs Mckenzie and Mrs Cruickshank ...2 off the best teachers i have ever met. Its well worth the visit to this incredible school and i would like to say a tremendous thank you to all of the staff .....the office staff are also amazing wonderful friendly helpful...and always available for parents and children ...... I really do thank each and every member off Sidlawview Primary for all the help.support and the caring nature you all showed to my grandaughter and myself ...during her time with you all ... Mrs Mcaffrey and her team are all a true credit to the educational department ...
I go there
