The receptionists are absolutely lovely, chatty and able to put you at ease if you are a nervous person when making appointments. The nurse i met for my health check into the practice was again a lovely woman and seemed very understanding and empathetic. Very reassuring. I've yet to meet a doctor but so far a very friendly and welcoming bunch. :)

It's okay but sometimes it can be very hard to get an appointment or hard to deal with reception staff.
I visited as my grandson who has learning difficulties attended the eye clinic and the staff were very supportive and understanding

I was there three times and every time a woman at the reception was unpleasant. Doctors are brilliant 5star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But reception under private hospital standard.
It's private health care. It's great.

Receptionist was rude very dismissive and had to wait due to the fact I arrived at 14.10 appointment was at 14.15 This is a place where I was ment to see a crisis team at 14.30 I left. But I was admitted wrongly by police at Bell steer. Although I was frightened and scared as I have a condition fnc the staff here have done more got me in the last 4 days than my own doctors practice did. Fantastic team who are there in need of help. I can’t praise them enough. Mental health is seriously underfunded I think it’s on the brink. Anyway thank so much for your continued support
If the ward is full how can they take more people? People should think about it and it's not this places fault if already full.
